The Project's success depends on skilled and experienced Project management across the integrated combination of refining, minting, bullion banking and trading businesses, together with the domestic and international marketing and sales of international investment grade gold and silver bullion products.

Refinery Holdings was incorporated in Singapore to develop and deliver the Project model for PNG, and to coordinate our Project management team with all the skills, resources and experience required to manage the entire business and its individual components successfully.

The Refinery Holdings Project team includes skilled technical and managerial experts who have, for example, successfully delivered and advised on refining and minting and other infrastructure projects over many decades, and have extensive refined gold industry contacts with other industry participants and global regulators necessary to operate and manage the Project successfully.

Our Project team also includes many skilled professionals and consultants in finance and banking, including bullion banking and trading, the global marketing of bullion products and gold and precious metal currency coin programs, and the operation of high-security international standard gold and precious metals vaults and secure storage services.

Our Project team has an invaluable network of international refined gold industry relationships with other global gold refineries, gold industry regulators, including the London Bullion Market Association, gold and precious metals markets, including the important gold consumer retail markets in China, India, the Middle East, Europe and North America, and the global financial markets, including the major banks and financial institutions involved in the global gold financing industry.
